Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via Delhivery or Shiprocket. A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched. We typically dispatch within 1–2 working days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day. During peak periods (start of school term, festive season) processing may take an additional day — we’ll always keep you informed.

Returns & Refund Policy

Because every label is personalised with your child’s name, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However we’re happy to help if:

• Your order arrived damaged – send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll reprint at no charge.
• We made a mistake with the name – if the name printed doesn’t match what you entered, we’ll reprint and reship for free.
• Labels didn’t adhere correctly – follow our application guide carefully first. If you followed all steps and labels still fail to adhere, contact us with a photo and we’ll sort it.

How to Contact Us About an Order

Email us at hello@dooodle.in with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
• A short description of what went wrong

We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days (Mon–Sat).

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before we begin printing. After that, as production starts immediately, cancellations are not possible. Please email us immediately at hello@dooodle.in if you need to cancel.
